Rolex Datejust – Vintage classic, yellow gold look, circa 1978<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The Rolex Datejust Ref. 1601<\/strong> is a timeless vintage classic in 36 mm. According to the serial number, this piece dates back to around 1978<\/strong> and boasts an attractive design with a yellow gold bezel and gold crown<\/strong>, which gives the watch an elegant, warm character.<\/p>\n

Worn on a leather strap<\/strong>, it emphasizes its classic look. The tried-and-tested Rolex Caliber 1570 automatic movement<\/strong> is at work inside. <\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>
The version with the yellow gold bezel does not<\/strong> correspond to the original standard configuration<\/strong> of the reference and was probably adapted later.<\/p>\n

The watch has just been given a complete movement overhaul.
\nThere is patina next to the date “3” on the date label, and only there.<\/p>\n

    The Rolex Datejust offered here with a black dial and gold indices dates from 1985 and was first sold by a German concessionaire.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The watch has been refurbished and is in unworn and very good condition.<\/p>\n

    The Jublie\u00e9 bracelet has been extensively restored and is also in very good condition.<\/p>\n

    The watch is currently being overhauled in our master watchmaker’s workshop.<\/p>\n
