PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose between the following payment methods:

1. prepayment by bank transfer
2. cash payment on collection

In the case of self-collection, the seller first informs the customer by e-mail that the goods ordered by him are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, the customer can collect the goods from the seller’s registered office by arrangement with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

DELIVERY

Our standard shipping is within Europe. The shipment is carried out by value transportation and the goods are insured for the purchase price you have paid. We will be happy to check shipping to another country for you. Please send us an e-mail to kontakt@watchplanet24.com stating your full address. We will check your request and get in touch with you.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.

DELIVERY TIMES

How is the delivery time stated in the offer calculated?
The delivery period begins on the day following receipt of payment. If the booking date is a Friday or a public holiday, the period begins on the following working day.
