The watch is in very good condition.
Rolex used these dials in the Datejust model series from 1979 to 1996.
There were different versions. Houndstooth refers to the dial pattern that originated in the fashion industry. This beautiful Datejust model has the rather rare Houndstooth dial with diamonds. Wearing diameter up to approx. 21 cm The watch is currently being overhauled according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
